Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the professional software development, website creation, web application engineering, and AI integration services provided by Swaynx ("Studio", "we", "us") to clients ("Client", "you").
1. Engagements & Scope of Work
Each project begins with a clear technical roadmap and written statement of work outlining deliverables, milestones, estimated timelines, and pricing.
- Milestone Delivery: Development is executed in defined phases (e.g. Discovery & Architecture, UI/UX Build, System Integration, QA & Deployment).
- Change Requests: Features requested outside the agreed initial scope will be estimated separately as additional scope before implementation.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
We retain zero proprietary lock-in. You receive complete repository access, deployment keys, and documentation upon handover.
3. Client Responsibilities & Feedback
Timely project delivery requires active collaboration. The Client agrees to provide necessary third-party API credentials, content assets, branding guidelines, and prompt feedback on milestone review builds within 5 business days.
4. Post-Launch Support & Bug Fix Warranty
Every project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty period where any software bugs, broken links, or performance defects resulting from our written code will be resolved at no additional charge. Ongoing retainer maintenance packages are available upon request.
5. Confidentiality (NDA)
We treat all proprietary client business logic, user datasets, APIs, and commercial strategies as strictly confidential. We are happy to execute standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to discovery calls.
